You need to be a student, faculty, staff, administrator or alumni of the University of Redlands in order to print to library printers, and you need to send the print job from one of the library computers. Library printers are not configured to receive print jobs from laptops or mobile devices.
The library has four printers available, two in the second floor research area and one each on the third and fourth floors by the stairwells.
Information Technology Services is responsible for maintaining library printers and has instituted a print quota. University of Redlands students, faculty, staff and adminstrators automatically have a balance, which is debited when they submit a print request.
Alumni may print by purchasing a print quota card in $1 or $5 increments from a vending machine located outside the Jones Computer Center, on the east side of the first floor of the library building. The card has a code you will use when you log in to print. The code is only valid for a single computer login session.
