Three iMacs with Sibelius music notation software are located on the second floor, on the west side of the library along an inner wall. Check out headphones from the front desk and plug them into the sound mixer device (the iMacs should be configured to output sound through the mixer).
You can use Sibelius, in combination with the computer keyboard and the digital keyboards at each computer, to create scores for music analysis and composition assignments. The library has a book on Sibelius software available for checkout.
When you are ready to print your score, make sure the ARMREF printer is selected and log in to print accounting software to send your print job.
These computers are maintained by ITS, but you can report problems to Sanjeet Mann, Arts Librarian.
