Visit the ALURA section of InSPIRe (see link below), click on the Submission Guidelines link in the left column, and carefully read the instructions provided. We encourage you to meet with a librarian to help you understand your rights, responsibilities, and options as you make decisions about how accessible you'll make your research. Take your time to make informed decisions and reach out to a librarian if it gets rather confusing or overwhelming.
Once you've completed and signed the provided Armacost Library Agreement Form -- Submission Proposal, create an InSPIRe account and submit your research. You'll need to add descriptive information to help other researchers find your work, and to upload your thesis. As you prepare, consider
- 4-6 keywords that describe your research
- which disciplines and sub-disciplines you'll use to classify your research (select all that are applicable)
The last thing you'll need to do is hand in your signed Armacost Library Agreement Form to Armacost Library. You'll be notified when the ALURA selection committees have made their decisions.
