Current University of Redlands students are welcome to come into the library and use our two group study rooms. The Stone Room and Armacost Room on the 3rd floor are available for study groups of two or more students on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Both rooms have a 2-hour limit and provide a small whiteboard; extra dry-erase markers are available at the front desk if needed. When you arrive, sign up for a room at the front desk with your student ID; please turn lights off and close the door when you leave. Remember to sign out and receive your ID from a staff member at the front desk when finished. The Armacost Room seats 8 while the Stone Room seats 12 and has a monitor, VHS and DVD player. The Critical Information Literacy Laboratory (CILLab) is only available as a group study room during finals weeks.

Students are reminded to please keep the rooms tidy and to report any problems with the rooms to a staff member at the front desk. Also, please remember that noise travels far in the library, and that loud discussions inside the study rooms may be disruptive to quiet study areas outside the rooms.

Employees may reserve the Library Conference Room by talking to their department’s 25Live designee. For further assistance please call Erica Revell, Armacost Library Department Coordinator, at 909-748-8022.
