There are a few reasons why this may happen.
- You've not yet applied or been approved for the BLP Program.
- You've been approved to participate in BLP, but your library record may not yet be updated. It can take 12-48 hours. Check your status.
- You've been approved to participate in BLP, but haven't signed into the Library's website. Only BLP participants can see BLP items.
- The item isn't available in the Library. In that case, check out "I need a book that's not in the BLP collection. How do I get it added?"
