Current University of Redlands students and employees can check out laptops from the Library circulation desk for 24 hour, 7 day, or semester long loans.

Computers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is limited. Here's how to check if a computer is available

You'll need your virtual or physical campus ID card to check out a laptop. Library staff will walk you through the lending technology borrower agreement and check out the laptop to you with a charger and carrying bag. You'll receive a checkout receipt by email with your due date. You are responsible for returning all items on time and intact to the front desk to avoid paying fines or fees

Once you receive a laptop, you'll need to sign in to wifi and log into the laptop using your Redlands login before leaving the library. Here are instructions on how to do that. It can take up to 15 minutes for the laptop to download required updates and configure your local profile. Once you've completed the initial login, you can use the laptop anywhere you need it, on campus or off.
